主要工作业绩

    近些年发展出一些新颖实用的路线,完成了一些具有抗癌、抗菌、抗HIV-1等重要活性的天然分子的不对称合成。特别是在合成jorunnamycins jorumycin 等高度抗癌、抗菌活性的海洋生物碱时,在策略和产率上取得了较大的突破,对发掘抗癌新药上具有重要价值和意义。同时设计了一些新型不对称Ugi反应,基于此有效合成几类复杂的手性杂环化合物,具有潜在的活性。已在各类SCI期刊上发表三十多篇学术论文,承担和参与了自然科学基金委、科技部、教育部等的多项研究项目。
